Fish with cherry sauce, roasted corn and sweet potato chips.

Ingredients

Roasted corn

  • 1 corncob.
  • Salt.

Fish in cherry sauce

  • 1 fish fillet.
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme.
  • 1 lemon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Cherry sauce

  • Natural cherry juice.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Salt.

Sweet potato chips

  • Sweet potato.
  • Frying oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chopped basil.

Preparation

Roasted corn

Roast corn on until blackened. Add salt to taste.

 

Fish in cherry sauce

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. Add lemon and thyme. In a hot frying pan add a spoonful of oil. Seal the fish on both sides.

 

Cherry sauce

Reduce the cherry juice to a third. Add the butter and salt. Stir until the butter melts and the sauce thickens.

 

Sweet potato chips

Thinly slice the sweet potato. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sweet potato in medium high heat until it cooks, take it out and fry it again in higher heat until they are crisp, then remove and immediately add the basil, salt and pepper.
