Passion fruit-styled pork, sautéed corn and fried apple.

Ingredients

Sautéed corn

  • 5 baby sweet corn (per person).
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Fried apple

  • 1 apple.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Passion fruit-style pork

  • 6 ounces pork loins.
  • 1 tablespoon cumin.
  • ½ cup passion fruit juice.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of tarragon.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Sautéed corn

Sauté the baby sweet corn with a spoonful of butter in a pan. Add alt and pepper to taste.

 

Fried apple

Grate the apple and fry it in a spoonful of oil. Then place on a plate with paper towel.

 

Passion fruit-style pork

Season the pork with cumin. Heat the oil and add the pork loin. Cook and stir until golden brown. Add the tablespoon of butter and the tablespoon of tarragon. Stir and slowly add the passion fruit juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Presentation

Place the sautéed baby sweet corn vertically and the pork in the center with the passion fruit sauce.
